Thanksgiving Dinner at Steak 48 615 N. Wabash features a $78 per person package. Steak 48’s turkey is sourced from a farm just outside of Raleigh NC and is roasted until golden brown and juicy. Turkey is served topped with their signature black truffle cabernet pan gravy and accompanied on the plate with seared roasted carrots tossed in a maple syrup brown butter and apple cider reduction and our traditional cranberry sauce. Guests may also choose 2 of the following 3 sides selections: Chef’s Childhood Stuffing made with a mixture of different types of breads turkey seasoning onions celery carrots and herbs with sweet cream butter and poultry stock; Truffle Mashed Potatoes whipped with Prima Dona and Truffle Fontina cheeses sweet cream and butter and served with a side of our signature black truffle cabernet pan gravy; and.
