Join us for our Thanksgiving Day Workout party! Open to the community!From 6:00-7:30 am, choose from three amazing workout options: flow through a calming Yoga session, pedal your way to a stronger you in our high-energy Cycling class, or challenge your strength with a Full Body HYROX workout.
After sweating it out, treat yourself to complimentary beverages and snacks while you celebrate the start of the holidays with our fitness community.

-Gratitude Yoga: Amaya (similar to worship cycle)
WATER CLASSES AND SCHEDULE:
-Deep Pool: 6:00am-6:45 a.m.- Deep Water Exercise- Prudy
6:50am-7:35 a.m.- Deep Water Exercise-Jenny
-Shallow Pool: 6:00am-6:45 a.m.- Zumba- Jamie
6:45am-7:35 a.m.- Lap Swim/Open Swim
Pools close at 7:35 a.m.
HOURS OF OPERATION: 5:45-8:00 A.M.
COST: FREE to the Community
