In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to support your lymphatic system through simple, accessible techniques designed to promote natural detoxification, reduce stagnation, and bring your body back into balance.
Once we’ve tended to the body’s physical flow, we’ll shift into a guided body gratitude meditation, offering loving awareness to the systems that sustain us. We’ll close with a mini sound bath to calm the nervous system and integrate the healing work on a deeper level.
