Thai Vegan Cooking Class

I have been spending time in Bangkok studying with an amazing vegan chef in her restaurant. And happily sharing what i have been learning in these classes. This is the last class before i head back to Thailand to spend another month and do more studies.

  Peanut Sauce

Pad Thai

Banana Blossom Salad

Tempeh with peanut sauce (using my homemade fava bean tempeh)
