HUMour and HUMans - both words start alike. Isn’t this such a co(s)mic coincidence ?
Comedy in Dance as a concept is very native to most Indian art forms.
In our dance training and in our childhood there was a lot of exposure to comedy in movies too. Dance training eventually led each of us to naturally explore this side of us blissfully unaware that it would be something we would enjoy and in some sense pursue as a concept in our later years.
Today especially in a world where tension is constant and empathy is rare comedy is essential.
Creating works with laughter at the core feels not just joyful but also deeply responsible.
Tha thai ha ha - part satire part dance HUMorously HUMan.
