Clock in Ottawa - TH3RD FRIDAYS is back

#TH3RDFRIDAYS was launched in 2018 as the foundation of Moov Ottawa Dance. This initiative, created in collaboration with various community partners, aimed to provide street dancers with more regular opportunities to battle and for them to showcase it to our city. Entirely volunteer-driven, the event took place on the third Friday of every month from its inception until the final gathering just before the pandemic began.

Our events were hosted at City Hall, making TH3RD Fridays the only street dance battle in Canada held in a government building at the time!Now, we’re excited to bring TH3RD Fridays back once a season—still on the third Friday of the month!Join us February 21st for the Winter edition!

Who can attend? Dancers, dance enthusiasts and music lovers!

How to attend? We highly suggest your purchase your sliding scale ticket online to guarentee your spot. We have a capacity of 40 people. If you must pay at the door, tickets are $20.

Dancers - Register online to guarentee your spot to battle. Arrive at 7PM to warmup. Indoor shoes are mandatory.

Party people - You do not need to battle. You can come and watch, party and get down with us! Please note this is not a *sit down and watch *event. Very minimal seating will be provided. This event welcomes all ages, however we reccomend 16+.
