Come along on Tuesday 25th November to hear PhD candidate Nicholas Anderson talking about: Counting your ooctyes before they hatch: Why are there so many eggs in the ovary?
Did you know that the egg that made you existed inside your grandmother? At birth, human ovaries contain up to a million eggs, yet only one or two might ever become a person. While seemingly a very wasteful system, as always, nature has its reasons.
Location: Ombrellos Kitchen and Bar
Time: 5.30pm
Date: Tuesday 25th November
This is the last TFK for 2025 so lets make it a good one! ?
