The Living Arts Centres underground parking is open during regular facility hours and during events. Underground parking is free on weekdays after 6 p.m. and on weekends. The parking lot entrance is on the West side of the facility, on Living Arts Drive between Prince of Wales Drive and Princess Royal Drive. Clearly marked wheelchair access parking spaces are located next to the elevators on levels P1 and P2. Paid on-street parking is also available on Living Arts Drive & Prince of Wales Drive in designated spots. Net Capacity: 1409 T.F.E proudly presents the Varsity Finals Team Dance Off - an electrifying showcase featuring one group routine from each of 20 varsity dance teams competing for the ultimate title. The winning team will take home $1000 and be crowned the 2026 Clash of the Student Body Champions, with a Runner-Up award also presented. A special guest judge with extensive collegiate dance experience will adjudicate this special portion of the competition. This high-energy event is designed for audiences 17+ and promises an exciting night of talent, passion, and varsity spirit.
