TF45 is the collaboration you never saw coming. As the only local HYROX-affiliated training centres in the Westshore, TFA Westshore & F45 Training Langford are joining forces to deliver a true HYROX race-day experience from the start line to the finish line.
Using both locations (TFA & F45), this event will fully replicate an official HYROX race — from athlete check-in to the final sprint — testing your strength, endurance, teamwork, and grit.

-$190 per Doubles team - Only 1 ticket required per team
-Select a ticket based on your estimated finish time.If your preferred time slot is sold out, please choose the next available option.

55m - 1hr 10: ESTIMATED start times 8-9:30am
1hr 10m - 1hr 25: ESTIMATED start times 9:00am-11:30am

-Start times, event map, event specific details (including parking), and waiver forms will be emailed one week prior to April 11.
SPECTATORS
Friends, family, and supporters are encouraged to come cheer on the athletes and soak up the race-day energy. Spectator tickets available for $0 - NOT required if you are racing!
