Whether you’re training for an upcoming HYROX race or just want to get in on the action, this is your chance to experience the HYROX style vibes, competition, and community — without the travel.
NOTE: This is NOT an official HYROX race.
TF45 is BACK for round two. As the only local HYROX-affiliated training centres in the Westshore, TFA & F45 are joining forces once again to deliver an even BIGGER race-day experience from the start line to the finish line.
Using both locations (TFA & F45), this event will fully replicate an official HYROX-style race — from athlete check-in to the final sprint — testing your strength, endurance, teamwork, and grit.

SPECTATORS
Friends, family, and supporters are encouraged to come cheer on the athletes and soak up the race-day energy. Spectator tickets available for $0 - NOT required if you are racing!
