Texoma Medical Center’s free prepared childbirth class helps prepare expectant mothers and their coaches by covering the basics of a healthy pregnancy, labor and birth. Led by a registered nurse, the class discusses nutrition and fitness, how to recognize labor, labor breathing techniques, pain relief, cesarean births and baby care basics.
