About this Event

Welcome to the Texas Lakes Trail Annual Meeting!

Join us for our annual gathering at the . We will be treated to a docent led tour of the museum that will be engaging and informative. This is your chance to connect with fellow tourism, history and museum professionals, learn about upcoming projects, and share your ideas for the future.
After the tour we will have a networking lunch where you can connect with friends old and new. Don't miss this chance to be a part of the Texas Lakes Trail community.
Agenda
9:30m – 10:00am Attendees will be arriving
10:00am – 10:45am Welcome, Election of Board Members for 2025 and Award Ceremony for Heritage Tourism Grants
10:45am – 12:00pm Docent-Guided Highlight Tour
12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm – 1:30pm Holocaust Survivor Interaction in the Dimensions Theater for the attendees that will not be staying for the formal Board Meeting.
1:00pm – 2:00pm Board Meeting

The $20 registration covers a box lunch.


Parking

Convenient, covered parking is available across the street in the garage at 301 N. Houston. After you enter, please scan the QR code in the garage with your cell phone's camera to pay. Or you can use the ParkMobile app. If you have questions or need assistance, please take note of your license plate number and a staff member inside the Museum can help you.

There is not a manned booth for the parking, you will need to use the app or pay with a credit card.
