🌼 Texas Ladies GOAT Day Trip to Waco
Magnolia Silos, Dr Pepper Museum & Fabled Bookshop
Saturday, March 28
Spend a beautiful spring day in Waco with Texas GOAT! We’ll explore Magnolia Silos, visit the Dr Pepper Museum, relax at a charming local bookstore, and enjoy an optional food hall dinner to end the day.
This is a structured group experience designed to give you a feel for how our hosted trips flow — organized, fun, and community-centered.
We are going as a large group, so carpooling is encouraged if you’d like to ride with other ladies!
🕥 Arrival & Meet-Up
Please plan to arrive in Waco around 10:15–10:20 AM to allow time for parking.
📍 Meet at 10:30 AM
In front of Silos Baking at Magnolia Silos
If you’d like coffee or pastries, please arrive a little early to purchase from the bakery before our group activities begin.
We will begin moving as a group shortly after meeting, so arriving on time helps the day flow smoothly.

At 10:50 AM, we will head together to the Magnolia Rooftop for:

Rooftop access is $10 per person.

If you choose not to do the rooftop, you are welcome to explore the grounds and reconnect with the group afterward.
🛍️ Free Time at Magnolia
After the rooftop, enjoy time to:
- Shop Magnolia Market
- Grab food or drinks
- Take photos
- Explore the property
If anyone gets separated, we will regroup at 1:15 PM at Magnolia Press Co to walk together to our next stop.
🥤 Dr Pepper Museum
Next, we’ll head to the Dr Pepper Museum.

At 2:30 PM, I will be doing the Make-A-Soda Experience. If you’d like to join, please reserve that specific time slot in advance.

📚 Relax & Recharge at Fable Bookshop
After the museum, we’ll unwind at Fabled Bookshop & Cafe, a cozy independent bookstore with thoughtful recommendations, comfortable seating, and a great café.
It’s the perfect place to rest, chat, and enjoy a slower moment together.
🍽️ Optional Early Dinner
Before heading home, join us at Union Hall, a modern downtown food hall featuring:
- Terry Black’s BBQ
- Roni’s Mac Bar
- Local eateries
- Community-style seating
You are welcome to head home anytime if you cannot stay for dinner.
