Texas German Heritage Dinner

For ages 18 & up

Explore the German influences on Texas cuisine as you and your small team create four delicious dishes. You'll want to recreate each one at home after you've learned to make warm potato salad; crispy, tender schnitzel; a beer-infused gravy; braised cabbage with apples; and a moist, flavorful fresh apple cake. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been perfectly paired with your meal.

• Chicken-fried Schnitzel with Black Pepper-Shiner Boch Gravy

• Braised Red Cabbage with Apples

• Apple Kuchen (German Apple Cake)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
