Texas Cavaliers Parade Dinner Party At Ambler Texas Kitchen + Cocktails

Ambler Texas Kitchen + Cocktails will host a special prix fixe dinner during the Texas Cavaliers Parade on Monday, April 22, 2024. If you are looking for an elevated dinner experience during the parade, Ambler is the place to be. Guests of the dinner party will experience dinner outside on our river walk patio and will have a designated chair on the river level, valet parking, access to the pre-party and more. Feel like a VIP as you watch the Texas Cavalier's parade drift down the San Antonio River.

We will be offering two ticket options.

1 . Table of Four $600

2 . Individual tickets. $150

Children have the option to choose from the kid's menu. Guests will also have access to the parade pre-party from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Additional Event Information

Seating will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. Guests are more than welcome to arrive early and enjoy our bar and lounge area. Check-in will be at Ambler's hostess stand. This event will be outdoors on our patio. Guests will be able to enjoy dinner while the parade is going on. The first float is expected to arrive in the area between 7:00 to 7:30 PM. Limited seating is available.

Any drinks outside of the wine is an additional charge.

What's the refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. We will need a copy of the ticket - printed or on your phone is fine. Your whole party does not need to arrive at the same time.

What time do I need to be there?

Check-in will be at 6:30 Pm. The parade starts at 7 PM. Preparty activities are from 5 PM to 7 PM.

Will there be parking?

Yes. Your ticket includes valet parking for one vehicle.

What if I want to purchase more drinks or beverages?

You absolutely can! We will still offer our bar menu for that day. Please let your server know.

What is the pre-party? Hotel Contessa will have mariachis, complimentary face painting, and vendors. The Spa at Hotel Contessa will be offering complimentary chair massage and chakra mat balancing. Ambler Texas Kitchen + Cocktails will be partnering with Dos Hombres Tequila and will feature specialty cocktails, sampling, and more
