Welcome to the 4th Texas Aroid Show Houston Exhibit & Sale 2024. Join us on Sat Oct 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Houston Marriott South for a day filled with amazing selection of variegated plants, new hybrids, super rare "unicorn" plants, and spectacular plant specimens on the exhibit floor! Whether you are a seasoned collector or just starting out, this event is perfect for plant enthusiasts of all levels. Comprised of trusted 40+ Plant Vendors and Artisans coming from all over the country including our international participants and guests joining us at this event, we will give you the best of exotic tropical plants on our planet. Don't miss out on this opportunity to add some stunning plants to your collection and connect with fellow plant lovers. See you there!
A. Products to be showcased:
At Texas Aroid Show, we offer a range of Exotic plants ranging from Aroids, Hoyas, Carnivorous Plants, Succulents, Orchids, Flowering Plants, Moss Designs, Terrariums, and More!
The best Artisans and Garden crafts will also be available at this event.
DOC: (Darling of the Crowd) -
Our community activity at TAS such as the Darling of the Crowd will be held in the afternoon session during which we will select 3 winners. Attendees vote for thier favorite plants. Prizes may range from Gift Cards to Exotic Plants! Join the fun part.
Vendors: Sign Up Dates on our website start Monday Aug 19th at 12AM until all spots are filled. Please visit our website and select the Vendors Information Tab and we will start the process from there.
Regular Tickets can be purchased here on EventBrite, at any Texas Rare Plant Monthly Market (Headquarters in Spring 77386) DM Lene Salvie on FB Messenger(FB Verified account with Blue Badge On), or at the Door on the event date. Please beware of scammers.

B. The "ALL PLANT" Symposium will be held on separate room - “The Hive”
Speakers of All Plants in General will be before the opening times (9-10:30AM) . Speakers to be announced.
C. Tickets
- VIP PLATINUM TICKET: $65- 1 VIP Tickets (limited seats!) Includes 1 Ticket to the Exhibition & Sale (You can get in as early as 10:35) and 1 Light Plated breakfast with drinks. Please email regarding menu info. Plus, access to the plant talks, listen to speakers, and a chance for a GIVEAWAY of 30 Tropical Plants (product name to be announced). It will be given as Freebie for the first 30 Tickets Sold on VIP PLATINUM LEVEL. The list of winners will be based on EventBrite Report. (Good while supplies last) Courtesy of Sponsors.We do not ship plants. Prizes are to be picked up at the event only.
- REGULAR TICKETS:
a. Early Bird Ticket - $20 for the first 150 tickets. Entry Time 11:00 AM-6PM - Sale Ends Aug 31 or when tickets are sold out. If tickets are sold out GA OPENS. Early Bird tickets get Raffle Coupon for a chance to win TAS Shirts. (10 winners) Shirts can be mailed before the event. Shipping is available or you can pick up at the customer service on TAS day.
b. General Admission - $25 Entry Time 11:00 AM-6PM - Sale Ends Oct 25th
c. Buddy Pack: $45 (Admits 2) Entry time 11:00AM-6:00PM - Sale Ends Oct 25
d. Children from 12 and below get in for free. Kids need to be always accompanied at all times by parents or adults during the event.
e. Tickets at the Door: $30
Tickets at the Door: 10% Discounts offered to Veterans and Seniors. Please present valid IDs.
All tickets are subject to tax. All tickets are entitled for Free Parking at the designated TAS Houston 2024 event parking lot. (To be announced). ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Get in early for Goodie Bags (50 Pieces). Like we always give away for the first crowd to come in, this time we will be giving away 50 goodie bags while you are waiting in line to get in.
Open House and All out Sale is 5:00-6:00 PM More details to be announced on website and FB.
Parking: Ticket prices include free parking.

No FOOD is to be brought inside the event. No Pets are allowed. No Smoking. Please refer to the Convention Center guidelines for attending events at this location.
We will be using wristbands at this event. Stamp will be used to claim raffle tickets.
Darling of the Crowd Plant Contest (DOC ENTRY) Participants will get in free. Volunteers get in free. Sponsors get 1 ticket per person (meal not included). Please refer to the Sponsorship Guide Document for any inclusion that the tier may provide.
