Herbert West (Jeffrey Combs) is a new student at Miskatonic University. He also moonlights as a mad scientist, intent on perfecting a serum that “re-animates” corpses. The Resonator, a powerful machine that can control the sixth sense, has killed its creator (Ted Sorel) and sent his associate (Jeffrey Combs) into an insane asylum.
