About this Event
This course invites participants to explore grief not as something to “fix,” but as something to tend.
Using the creation of a terrarium as a living metaphor, participants will gently build a contained ecosystem that reflects their internal world after loss. Each layer—stone, soil, plant, and personal object—becomes a reflection of the grief process: grounding, cleansing, holding, remembering, and allowing new life.
Through guided reflection, ritual, and hands-on creation, participants will:
- Externalize and honor their grief
- Rebuild a sense of internal safety and containment
- Explore the coexistence of loss and new growth
- Create a lasting, living symbol of their ongoing relationship with grief
This is not about moving on.
It’s about learning how to carry forward with care.
Refreshments will be served.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, this event is offered free of charge. A suggested donation of $5.00 is appreciated and covers material costs.
