Terra is a loving friend, family member, and light in the lives of so many. Anyone who knows her knows her strength, her heart, and her ability to show up for others without hesitation. She is resilient, kind, and the type of person who gives even when she has nothing left. She has always been someone others can lean on — and now it’s our turn to lean in for her.Recently, Terra was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). While she faces this diagnosis with courage and determination, the road ahead includes ongoing treatment, medical appointments, and the financial strain that inevitably follows.
As many know, cancer treatment is not only physically and emotionally exhausting — it is also financially overwhelming. Medical bills, medications, time away from work, and everyday living expenses continue to add up.
On behalf of Terra and in honor of her fight, we are hosting Terra’s Fight Club, a benefit to help raise funds for her medical expenses.
The benefit will include:
• Spaghetti dinners ($10 per plate)
• Raffle baskets
• 50/50 drawing
• Silent auction
The event will be held on April 18th from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Rolland Lewis Building (800 S. 27th Street, Mount Vernon, IL 62864).
Any and everyone is invited to attend. If you are unable to come but would still like to contribute, donations are greatly appreciated.
