About this Event
TereSina was formed from the meeting of Teresa Corrado, an Italian organettist, percussionist, and leader of the project, bringing her extensive musical background and research on the traditional music of southern Italy, and Sina Shirazi, an Iranian guitarist specialising in flamenco and traditional Iranian music played with a microtonal guitar.
The duo journeys through notes from southern Italy, navigating the Mediterranean with flamenco and gypsy echoes, alongside Iranian influences.
