Som e vibrações diferentes tem um efeito profundo no nosso corpo. E um potencial enorme de cura. Notas, tons e ondas de vibração sonoras diferentes correspondem a partes diferentes do nosso corpo e da nossa resposta emotional.
Nesta sessão é guiado num estado meditativo com o uso da minha voz e de vários instrumentos. Com estes vários instrumentos e o uso também das minhas mãos, trabalho pelo corpo físico e energético para limpar densidades ou bloqueios, e aumentar a sua vibração.
Uma experiência que o deixará a sentir se mais leve, e em maior paz interior.

An individual sound healing session ✨
A moment to connect & re attune ✨
Sound & different vibrations have a profound healing effect on the body. Different notes, keys & vibrational waves attune to different body parts and to physical, mental or emotional sensations you are navigating in or tend to vibrate on.
On this session I will guide you in a sound journey where I use different sounds, voice and both Tibetan and crystal sound bowls. Which are the two types of sound bowls I prefer to work with.
With my hands, the bowls and other sounds we will work on specific body areas/ chakra points first opening up the energy centres allowing any blockages, stagnation or activationto be navigated. During the navigation we allow any energy that needs to flow, release & transmute to do so, and after i realign all the chakra &energetic points as needed.
Leaving you feeling lighter, more centered & aligned ✨ Allowing you to flow through life in greater ease & vigor ?
