🎾 Tennis Youth Frankfurt is opening pre-registration for the 2nd Singles Monthly Cup of the 2026 summer season.This event is designed for players around level 2.5+ to 4.0: stable rallies, overhand serve, and ready for a structured singles competition with rankings and season points.
📍 Location: Frankfurt Kalbach
🕕 Time: Friday, 12 Jun 2026, 19:00-22:00
🎎 Players: 6 players, split into two groups
🎾 Matches: 4 matches per player
💶 Entry fee: €25
🧾 Regular member discount: €5 off
Note: You can become a regular Tennis Youth member by topping up €100. Members can join the season points race and prize pool. Detailed rules are in the group rules.
📅 2026 Summer Singles Cup schedule:
Round 1: 29 May
Round 2: 12 June
Round 3: 14 August
Round 4: 28 August
Round 5: 18 September
Final round-robin: 25 September
🆚 Format:
Each monthly cup has 8 or 6 players, split into two groups.
Group stage + placement matches, with the aim of giving each player enough match play.
Suggested match rules: start at 1:1, golden point, tiebreak at 5:5.
The final schedule may be adjusted based on the confirmed number of players.
🥚 Points:
Monthly cup ranking points:
1st to 8th place receive 10, 8, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points.
After five monthly cups, accumulated points are multiplied by 0.5 and carried into the final round-robin on 25 September.
The final round-robin will decide the champion, runner-up and third place.
🉐 Handicap rules:
To keep matches competitive, the committee will rate registered players from 2.5 to 4.0 before the event.
If male and female players of the same level play each other, the male player gives one point in each game.
For same-gender matches: a 0.5 level difference gives one game; a 1.0 level difference gives one point in each game.
Maximum handicap: one game + one point.
🏆 Final prizes:
Champion / runner-up / third place: €100 / €50 / €30 Tennis Youth 26/27 winter season VIP or regular membership vouchers + medals 🏅
Note: vouchers can be redeemed at 50% cash value.
🥈 Extra points:
All monthly cup and final round-robin results will also count as *0.5 toward the summer season points race.
