Tennis Queensland Business Coach Summit 2026
Marketing & Customer Acquisition – A 3 Day Working Summit
The Tennis Queensland Business Coach Summit returns for its fourth year and 2026 is our most commercially focused event yet.
This is not a conference. It is a working summit.
You will not sit in the back row taking notes you never read again.
You will build, test, film, sell, analyse and present.
Across three immersive days, we go deep on one growth lever that determines the success of every tennis venue: Marketing and Customer Acquisition.
By the end of the summit, you will walk away with a practical, built out marketing and acquisition project tailored to your venue, not just ideas.
Each day follows a deliberate structure: Learn → Do → Experience → See in Action → Refine
The 3 Day Commercial Journey
Day 1 – Content That Converts
Objective: Create attention that drives action.
We start by reframing a hard truth: most venues create content that looks fine but doesn’t convert.
You’ll learn directly from the Social team about what actually works and why. Then you’ll receive practical videography training and immediately put it into action.
In structured teams, you will:
• Film multiple short form videos promoting a core program
• Write captions with clear, conversion focused calls to action
• Present your content back for feedback
You will also step inside elite sporting environments to hear directly from professional marketing teams about how they build brand, drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
You will leave Day 1 with actual content assets, not just notes.
Day 2 – Community, Systems & Digital Leverage
Objective: Build the engine underneath your marketing.
Strong offers scale faster when community and partnerships sit underneath them.
You’ll hear from leaders in active recreation on what community really means beyond social media, how to create belonging, and how to turn participants into advocates and ambassadors.
Then we get practical.
You will work through:
• Content planning frameworks
• Canva execution and scheduling
• AI driven copy creation and automation
• SEO basics and quick wins
We’ll also visit high performing venues outside tennis to see commercial execution in action.
By the end of Day 2, you will understand how visibility, systems and community connect to create consistent growth — not random spikes.
Day 3 – Sales & Analytics: Turn Effort Into Revenue
Objective: Convert attention into actual results.
Marketing without sales and measurement is just activity.
Day 3 sharpens your commercial edge:
• Face to face sales in a live gym environment
• CRM and EDM strategy
• Understanding analytics in simple, practical terms
• Diagnosing where leads drop off
• Connecting marketing effort to revenue outcome
Across the three days, your team will build a structured marketing and acquisition project. On Day 3, you refine and present it using a clear template.
You don’t just leave with motivation.
You leave with a plan.
And the skills to execute it!
