Family Constellations is a powerful experiential process that helps us see the hidden dynamics shaping our relationships, patterns, and sense of belonging. When brought into the light, what once felt heavy or confusing can begin to soften.
This full-day workshop offers space to explore what lives beneath the surface, personally, relationally, and systemically, in a safe and supported environment.
FACILITATORS:
Nikki Lawton
Nikki is passionate about personal growth, embodiment, and supporting people to reconnect with their authentic selves. Through her work, she weaves practical insight with intuitive awareness, creating a safe and empowering environment for exploration and healing. Nikki brings warmth, depth, and a strong capacity to hold space for meaningful transformation.
Frida Kabo
Frida supports healers and intuitive business owners to create more ease, alignment, and impact in their lives and work. After completing her Family Constellations training with Tracy Cartwright in 2024, this work became a deeply transformative part of her own journey. Frida brings presence, sensitivity, and grounded leadership to the space she holds.
Frida is originally from Sweden and now calls Herekino, outside of Kaitaia, her home.
ABOUT THE DAY:
In this workshop we:
- Create a safe container to explore together
- A grounding meditation.
- Do some short exercises.
- Not all will receive individual constellations, but all will receive insights and experience the field.
- We explore together what the field wants to show us.
- And then a check out and closing of the space.
Set an intention for what you want from the workshop, and it might come up in an exercise, your own constellation, when representing, or observing. If you are open and ready, you will go away with insights and clarity.
