About this Event

We are thrilled to welcome Andrea Childs, Managing Director of Klick Business Solutions Ltd, to SWEDA for the first of two workshops enabling you to learn the skills to write a successful tender.

This workshop will include:

Finding opportunities.
Making correct bid/no bid decisions.
Getting ready to tender – policies/procedures etc.
Understanding how to write compelling, winning method statements in response to commonly asked questions.
How to find suitable tender opportunities – where are they advertised?
What to do when you see a suitable tender opportunity.

This is an essential workshop for anyone who may have to write a tender for their work and learn the skills to make it successful.

N.B. Please note this is part of a two day workshop, the second to be held 26th March 2025. You will need to attend the first workshop in order to attend the second one.

ANDREA CHILDS, MANAGING DIRECTOR - KLICK BUSINESS SOLUTIONS:

As Managing Director of Klick Business Solutions (Klick), Andrea has 26 years' experience of winning new contracts by writing high scoring Tenders for both the public and private sector.

Originally from a Hospitality background, Andrea leant her customer service skills in 5* luxury hotels and then went on to have successful career in the recruitment industry as Business Development and Sales Manager responsible for wining new contracts and clients.

Over the last 17 years Andrea has successfully built Klick from a one person company into the thriving business it is today, with a team of 12 experienced professionals, Klick specialises in supporting clients of all sizes and from a variety of sectors across the UK in writing tender responses for predominantly services and supply tenders. Andrea runs regular training courses in ‘Tender Writing Skills’ and will have up to 30 delegates per course tuning in to learn her methods and top tips to winning public and private sector contacts.

Andrea not only manages he own business but is also an Ambassador for Cure Leukaemia and runs her only charity ‘Beth’s Sunflowers’ in memory of her daughter Beth who lost her battle with Leukaemia at the age of 20.
