Theatre Diaspora’s “Ten-Minute Tapestry: AAPI Writers’ Showcase” is a dynamic collection of short ten-minute plays that celebrate and amplify the multiple identities of Asian American writers. This showcase will be supplemented by a physical visual arts tapestry made by local AAPI community members.
This project aims to transcend traditional storytelling boundaries, offering a tapestry of narratives that delve into the richness and diversity of the Asian American experience. Through compelling characters, unique perspectives, and thought-provoking themes, the showcase seeks to captivate audiences while fostering a deeper understanding of the cultural nuances within the AAPI community.
