About this Event
Does your agency maintain a dedicated space for temporary holding of arrestees? Are you in compliance with mandatory training regulations?
Temporary holding cells are inside almost all law enforcement buildings. Still, few are aware that Title 15, Section 1024, of the California Code of Regulations requires continuous professional training every two (2) years for anyone who operates as custodial personnel. This includes all those directly interacting with arrestees and supervisors of those staff members with direct contact while being held in a dedicated space for temporary detention in a law enforcement or court holding facility.
21 CLETS, LLC offers an 8-hour class covering:
- J*il operations
