Tempo IRL: Spring Forward

Get ready for the 2nd official IRL workout with your Tempo Coaches. The clocks sprung forward and the sun is shining in the bay so let's take things outside!
We'll all meet up in the Presidio at Eternal HQ's (Thanks Coach Cole!) gorgeous facility for a thorough dynamic warm up before we head out there. You'll have the choice of two outdoor options; A 30 minute 5kish Run with Coach Clarence or a 30 minute Jog/Walk with Coach Melissa. No matter what you choose we'll all meet back at Eternal for a full cooldown with plenty of time to hydrate, snack and hang with your fellow Tempo members, new fit friends & Coaches.
All you need to bring is your body and your favorite running shoes!
FYI, we'll be taking photos and videos to share with you all via social media so all attendants will need to sign a standard model release before the event!
