About this Event

On Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 7:30 pm, we gather for a two‑hour sacred sound ceremony within the ancient, living womb of Cave of the Winds. Cradled by stone and silence, this immersive experience invites you to step out of ordinary time and into a deep, ceremonial journey of remembrance, healing, and connection.

In this sanctified space, we will open with grounding, breath, and intention—crossing the threshold together as we honor the cave, the land, and the unseen allies that support our healing. You are invited to bring your prayers, your questions, your grief, your gratitude, and your quiet hopes, and offer them into the field of sound.

You will then be guided to rest comfortably as waves of sound gently move through and around you. A living tapestry of bells, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, rattles, and flute will carry you inward, inviting your nervous system to soften, your mind to quiet, and your heart to open. Each tone, each vibration, is offered as medicine—to help you release what no longer serves and reconnect with the deeper wisdom of your body and spirit.

What to Expect from a Sound Healing

During this sound healing journey, you will be lying down or seated in a relaxed position while the sounds and vibrations move through the cave and through your body. You may experience:

  • Deep physical relaxation as your body lets go of held tension
  • A quieter mind and a sense of spaciousness or stillness within
  • Emotional release, insights, or images rising from your inner landscape
  • Gentle, energetic realignments, tingling sensations, or a feeling of lightness

Everyone’s experience is unique—there is no “right” way to receive. You are invited simply to notice, breathe, and allow.

Benefits and Purpose

This ceremony is designed to support you in:

  • Calming the nervous system and easing stress, overwhelm, and fatigue
  • Supporting better sleep and a deeper sense of rest and restoration
  • Encouraging emotional release, heart‑opening, and a greater sense of inner peace
  • Enhancing meditation, intuition, and connection with your own inner guidance
  • Remembering your connection with the Earth, the elements, and the sacred within you

The purpose of this gathering is not to “fix” you, but to offer a safe, intentional space where your body, mind, and spirit can naturally move toward balance, harmony, and wholeness.
