This 3-hour, 9-minute booty camp workout retreat features six 22-minute sets with alternating breaks. Each set focuses on a specific area of physical alignment and energy flow, while the breaks incorporate guided breathing and mindfulness exercises to promote relaxation. This class offers a balanced blend of movement and meditation to invigorate both body and mind.
