TEMPLE 5+1 sessions breathwork programme&ceremony ?All the answers you really need are simply hidden in your own breath?
During this programme you will learn the foundations and basic tricks of the most important power plant, breathing.

???Some people might think it is just breathing.
True, you do it every day, it's easy... right?
Well, walk… you can do it faster or slower and you already call it in a different name. Lifting up a pen in the office is just a thing, then lifting up 5 times 15kg in the gym and you can call it already "WORK OUT"???
By changing the rhytm, or the volume of your breathing you can do amazing things with your body and mental state.
Breath work, and the right way of breathing are undeniably underestimated.
The different types, rithms, techniques, and ceremonies all have their specific purpose and how it affects the human body.
Breathwork appears both in spiritualism and modern science.
The TEMPLE 6+1 sessions program goes through the foundations of the 5 most relevant techniques used around the World focusing on leveling up our consciousness, emotions, or simply our mood.
To be able to join to the
FINAL BREATHWORK CEREMONY,
it is required to complete previously 6 sessions of the breathwork foundations classes (the" Introduction into breathwork" class has to be the first step).
?0. Introduction into breathwork.
Knowing the basics and getting a taster session of how breathing can affect your mind, your body, your emotions and your life.
?1. Buteyko
A Ukrainian doctor, Konstantin Buteyko, created this technique in 1950. This therapeutic breathing method uses breath retention exercises to control the speed and volume of your breath. This helps you to learn to breathe more slowly, calmly, and effectively.
The benefits of Buteyko breathing include enhanced breath control, which helps to prevent breathlessness and promote proper breathing patterns. It’s used to manage and improve a variety of conditions, including asthma, anxiety, and sleep concerns.
?2. The Wim Hof Method combines breathing, cold therapy, and commitment to help you connect more deeply to your body. It involves powerful inhalation, relaxed exhalation, and prolonged breath holds. Proponents say the technique can lead to: increased immunity.
?3. Pranayama
Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath. You control the timing, duration, and frequency of every breath and hold.
The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind.
alternate nostril breathing (nadishodhana)
victorious breath (ujjayi)
female honeybee humming breath (bhramari)
bellows breath (bastrika)
?4. Freedivers breath hold
During the breathwork, feel-good neurotransmitters like adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine are enhanced during freediving breathing and holding your breath afterward. Next to feeling better and having less stress, breathing like a freediver also increases your energy and focus and clears your mind.
?5. Holotropic breathwork.
When the U.S. cracked down on drugs in the 1970s, the effort dried up most funding and research into psychedelic substances — which only in the past few years have regained momentum in the field of psychotherapy. In the ’70s, rather than shut down all his work, one psychedelic researcher at Johns Hopkins University, Stan Grof, turned his attention to another potential avenue for attaining non-ordinary states of consciousness: breathing.
The framework integrates music with modern consciousness research, psychology and Eastern spiritual practices.

The full program costs 35.000 Ft including the final ceremony.
☀️Self awareness session (with 2 psychologists)
☀️A full Holotrop breathing session
☀️Sound bath harmonization
☀️Cacao Ceremony
(Ceremonial cacao is a powerful tool to dive deeper into your soul, your most inner self. It creates a warm sensation in your chest.)
Without the final ceremony you can attend to the 6 session course for an introductory contribution of 12.000 Ft, and you can decide later if you want to attend the ceremony too
(in this case the ceremony alone costs 30.000 Ft)
Coming only to the "Introduction into bereathwork" session is FREE.
