
About this Event
Join us as we learn all about tempeh from the experts at Bandung. We'll learn how to make tempeh from scratch and watch a cooking demonstration from the chef. We'll share a vegetarian-friendly meal of Oseng Oseng Tempe, Tempe Goreng, and Sayur Lodeh, a menu that highlights a variety of cooking methods for tempeh. Each participant will leave with a tempeh kit to take home and an 8 oz block of Bandung's tempeh.
Registration will be open to members of the Madison Mycological Society until March 2nd, after which we'll open remaining spots to the public. To learn more about membership, check out our website.
