Learn how to master cold water and hot sauna sessions with a saunamaster.Cold water swimming has become a trend in Norway. Are you curious about sauna culture and trying out cold water exposure? Want to do it within a secure environment with a coach? The saunamaster will give an introduction and guide the group through a health-optimising sauna and cold water exposure session. The focus will be on breath, relaxation and a consciousness around what happens in the body when you expose it to heat and cold water.
The workshop includes a ritual with essential oils in the sauna.
Bring a swim-suit, two towels, flip-flops and a padlock for the lockers.
This event is organized by Tekna Ung (up to and including age 37), and is primarily open to this target group.
