Strength Showdown at The North Fitness
Push your limits, chase PRs, and compete for medals, trophies, and prizes. This one-day strength event features five core lifts per division, giveaways, and awards for top performers.

Test your strength across five classic movements. Men compete using bodyweight for Bench Press, Tricep Dips, Squats, Pull Ups, and Farmers Carry. Women compete for their one-rep max in Chin-Ups, Bench Press, Hip Thrust, Deadlift, and Leg Press. Medals, trophies, awards, and giveaways for top finishers. All levels welcome. What to expect
A focused, friendly strength competition designed for lifters of all levels. Each division completes five events that measure raw strength, endurance, and technique. Expect a supportive atmosphere, clear judging, and a smooth event flow so you can perform at your best.

Men’s Division Exercises

• Bench Press (bodyweight AMRAP)
• Tricep Dips (bodyweight AMRAP)
• Squats (bodyweight AMRAP)
• Pull Ups (bodyweight AMRAP)
• Farmers Carry (bodyweight AMRAP)

Women’s Division Exercises

• Chin-Ups (AMRAP)
• Bench Press (one-rep max)
• Hip Thrust (one-rep max)
• Deadlift (one-rep max)
• Leg Press (one-rep max)

AMRAP (As many reps as possible)
1RM ( One-rep Max)

Scoring
Points awarded per event based on placement. Combined totals determine overall winners and category awards.

• Check-in and weigh-in: 12:30
• Warm-up block: 12:45
• Competition rounds: 13:00
• Finals and awards ceremony: 16:30
  Times could change due to amounts of participants

• Medals for top 3 in each event
• Trophies for overall winners
• Special awards (Best Lift, Most Improved, Crowd Favorite)
• Giveaways and sponsor prizes throughout the day

• Registration: Secure your spot. Limited capacity!!!
• Equipment: Bring your own lifting belt, wrist wraps, chalk, and appropriate footwear.
• Safety: Spotters and judges will be provided for heavy lifts. All athletes must complete a waiver at check-in.
• Divisions: Open to all experience levels, weight classes and ages 13+ (Participants under 18 will need to be with a parent / carer).
• Weigh-in and rules: Standard competition rules apply; full rulebook will be sent to entrants.

• Any personal equipment you prefer to use

Bring your phone and your content creating equiptment. We want to see your lifts, reactions, and behind‑the‑scenes moments. Tag us and use our event hashtag to be featured on our channels. There will be official photographers and videographers on site, but we welcome your clips, reels, and stories. By attending you agree to be filmed in public areas; please respect anyone who asks not to be recorded.
