Come and join us at our new venue, Bishopsteignton Community Centre. During this 6 week course you will develop your djembe technique and learn authentic West African djembe rhythms. The session is hosted by James Carr who has over 25 years experience playing drums and percussion as well as more than 20 years teaching experience.Each term we explore a new set of rhythms making this course accessible for both experienced and brand new players. Starting with foundational patterns, each week we will add more layers, breaks and complexity as you become more confident. Come and have fun with us!
