"Hi, I’m Ruth, I have been living with epilepsy for 19 years. I started volunteering for Epilepsy Action 7 years ago. Epilepsy Action were the ones who helped me learn more about my condition. I now get to enjoy helping other people in our friendly Teesside group, which everyone is welcome to. "
