About this Event
Through engaging, age-appropriate activities and guided discussion, young people will develop greater self-awareness and learn practical tools to support positive mental health.
Presented in partnership with the Shire's Youth Advisory Committee and Youth and Family Services team, this session is tailored to young people from 14-16 years old. It is designed to help young people better understand themselves and others, fostering confidence, respect, and a strong sense of belonging as they continue to grow and navigate adolescence.
Door prizes, including "Speak and Share" hoodies to be drawn on the day!
