Kowabunga, dude!Join us for some Friday Late Night Movie turtle action with TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES. Released in 1990, the original live-action feature film adaptation of the cult comic book and the popular animated television show is a bona-fide cult-classic for pretty much anyone who became of age in the 80’s or 90’s. The film establishes the iconic origin story of four teenage turtles–Michelangelo, Raphael, Leonardo, and Donatello– who, after prolonged exposure to radiation, have mutated into ninjas and have begun living in the sewers of a large city. Under the guidance of a ninja master Splinter the Rat and television reporter April, the Turtles embark on a mission to run crime out of the city and battle the warlord Shredder. Starring Corey Feldman, Judith Hoag, Elias Koteas, and Josh Paig.
