Teenage Market workshop

Join us at the Turner Contemporary for an inspiring Teenage Market Workshop, designed to support and encourage the next generation of young entrepreneurs and creatives.

This workshop is open to:

• Young people already signed up to take part in an upcoming Teenage Market
• Previous Teenage Market traders or performers
• Anyone aged 8–24 who is interested in getting involved in the future

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on your experience, this session will help you feel more confident, prepared and inspired.

What to expect

• 4:30 – 4:55pm: guided tour of the gallery
• 5:00 – 5:10pm: Camille Roman from Turner – Display tips
• 5:10 – 5:30 - Magdalena Salawa- UK Creative Festival Careers Fair
• 5.30 - 5.45pm: Hear from Evie Anderson - 21 year old Founder of Jewels by Evie Mae, who has done regular stints at the Thanet Teenage Markets and is working towards building a full time business from her passion
• 5.45- 6pm Teenage Market what to expect on the day /Q&A

This is a relaxed, friendly and supportive session designed to help young people develop their ideas, improve their presentation, and make the most of their Teenage Market experience.
