About this Event
Pre-teens and teens are invited into a supportive space to move their bodies and connect with their feelings. Each class weaves together body-based practices such as centering, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation, myofascial release, and somatic techniques—all in a grounding yoga environment.
Guided by Jessica Wolf, M.A. in Somatic Psychotherapy, these classes offer tools for resilience, self-awareness, and embodied well-being. Join us at The Breathing Room and discover the power of coming home to your body.
Ages 11-18 welcome.
What to wear and bring:
•Loose, moveable clothing
•Water bottle
•Notebook or paper & a pen (for notes)
Series 2 Dates:
•March 12th, 19th, 26th + April 9th
$150 for all sessions in Series 2
No cancellations.
Rental mats are available if you do not have your own.
