Teen Summit

The Compass Teen Summit is a youth-centered conversation designed to bring teens and adults together through listening, understanding, and real dialogue.

Too often, adults observe from the outside without fully understanding what youth are experiencing. This summit creates a space for teens to speak openly about school, friendships, and life—while adults listen, learn, and offer guidance from a place of care.

This is not a lecture or a problem-solving event.
This is a conversation.

The goal is to bridge the gap between generations, build understanding, and help youth grow in identity, awareness, and purpose.
