Build confidence, strength, and proper technique in this supportive class designed specifically for teens. Led by Kendra, a certified Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer, and occupational therapist, participants will learn safe, effective strength training that supports athletic performance, posture, and overall fitness. This is a great starting point and can lead to weekly sessions or personal training with the student and trainer.
No prior experience is required. Book a single session for $20 or purchase a 10-Pack for $180 (to be used for future beginner, or any of the established Small Group Training Sessions we have several weekly).
