Teen Pushback 101 is an online, skills-based worshop designed to help parents and teens understand why authority challenges happen—and how to respond in ways that reduce conflict and build cooperation without giving up structure.

Teen resistance is a normal part of development, but when power struggles become the norm, communication breaks down and relationships suffer. This class focuses on helping families move out of control battles and into clearer, more respectful conversations.

Led by Jake Kern, Associate Therapist at Sunset Coast Family Therapy, this class provides real-world tools families can use immediately at home.
