Did you know that once upon a time the Richland Public Library held a Pet Parade? Patrons brought in pets and the cutest one was crowned the victor!We aren't gonna do all of that....but we will be making our own "stuffed" pets and deciding which one is the cutest!
Come on down to our pet parade and customize your own stuffed animal. At the end of the program we will crown the cutest "pet"!
