Teen Mindfulness Snowshoe with Leslie Glenn | Ages 12-18

Enjoy the beauty of Summit County and immerse yourself in the healing powers of nature on this winter adventure. We will pause along the way to reflect, connect, and create meaningful conversations centered on mental health and well-being.

We will pick the best location for current conditions and send the details to attendees one week prior. Snowshoes will be provided if needed.

Please wear waterproof boots, warm layers, and be prepared to be outside for 2 hours.
