At Boxing Strong, we believe every girl should feel strong, capable, and confident in any environment.
Free Self-Defense Workshop for Teen Girls
Participants will learn practical skills and mindset strategies to help them:
• Stand tall and confident in social situations
• Recognize and respond to unsafe situations
• Establish and enforce boundaries
• Develop a strong and empowered mindset
This workshop is about confidence, awareness, and empowerment.

3rd Degree Black Belt & Former Owner of Body Worx Martial Arts, Kathy has dedicated her life to empowering students through martial arts. She specializes in building confidence, discipline, and strength in children and teens, and believes that empowerment is our best self-defense.
A kickboxing and karate instructor, powerlifting competitor, proud mom of three and grandmother of two - Kathy brings strength, experience, and heart to every class.
