Teens ages 13-17 years old will learn expert tips and techniques from Sioux Falls chefs, Lizzie Stewart and Michael Charpentier. This hands-on experience will take you through all the baking basics from breads to sweet treats. End your camp experience with the “Free Bake Day” where participants will create their own show-stopping recipe to take home for everyone to try. We will focus on making recipes that will excite and interest them to try new recipes at home.
Participants cannot interchange classes between different weeks. If they miss a day they will not be allowed to pick up a class at a different date.
