About this Event
In this 2-day camp, teens 15+ will learn how to make classic French pastries including Macarons, Eclairs, and Cream Puffs. Our chef instructors will walk students through each part of the process step-by-step. Some components will be made in groups of two, but our classes prioritize individual hands-on time and each student will get to practice every component.
Students will receive detailed recipe and note packets so they can practice the techniques learned! They will also leave with a box of baked goods they made in class each day.
Light snacks and beverages will be provided each day.
Duration: 3 hours each day
- Tuesday, July 2nd 1-4pm
- Wednesday, July 3rd 1-4pm
Techniques Covered:
-French Macarons
-Choux Pastry to make Eclairs & Cream Puffs
-Buttercream Frosting
-Chocolate Ganache
-Pastry Cream
–Allergens: This class includes wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts (almonds).
-Students should wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Aprons will be provided during class.
-Class will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 PM each day.
