Thank you for your interest in participating in our fundraising event on August 22nd at Oxley Beach Golf Course.
The tournament is a fantastic opportunity for community members to come together in support of our veterans, who have sacrificed so much for our country. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit veteran support programs and our local legion, ensuring that we can continue providing essential services and support to those who have served.
Tickets for the golf tournament are priced at $125, with an early bird special ($100) available until the end of June. Each ticket includes access to a buffet luncheon and a round on the 9-hole course. Additionally, every participant will receive a swag bag filled with goodies, including a premium cigar, to make the day even more enjoyable.

In addition to participants, we are seeking local sponsors for each of the nine holes on the course. Sponsorship levels are as follows:
- Silver Sponsor: $200
- Gold Sponsor: $500
- Platinum Sponsor: $800
Sponsors will receive prominent recognition throughout the event, including signage at their sponsored hole, mentions in event materials, and acknowledgments during the awards ceremony. Your support will be highly visible to all participants and will demonstrate your commitment to our veterans and community.
We are also seeking donations for raffle and door prizes. Contributions of any size are greatly appreciated and will add to the excitement and success of the event. In addition, we are looking for volunteers to help with event organization and execution. Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved and show your support. We will be having a putting contest as well as closest to pin in addition to other activities!
