☀️ Join us for our annual Peace & Paddle Summer Retreat. This time located on the beautiful Lake St. Clair.☀️ Check in Friday at 3pm and enjoy The Lodge grounds. Go for a swim, connect in with other participants or just relax poolside.
☀️ Settle in to the evening with a deeply introspective journey via the path of Yoga Nidra and a beautiful Sonic Sound Bath.
☀️ Nice and rested on Saturday we head out for a day long paddle excursion. Grab breakfast. Grab your board and let’s go. Paddling in and around Lake St. Clair & Bell River we will have a chance to explore and be at one with nature. In the afternoon we will hit the lake and practice some SUP YOGA.
☀️ Settle in Saturday evening under the stars for a relaxing bonfire and social circle.
☀️ Check out on Sunday after breakfast and decided to hit the waters once again or explore more of the Lake St. Clair area on your own. Morning Yoga in the Yard before you leave will also be offered.
☀️ No experience needed to join this sweet weekend retreat.
